އެނގޭތަ (3):
މިއީ އަޖުވާ ކަދުރެވެ. ޙަދީޘް ބަސްފުޅުގައިވަނީ ހެނދުނު (ހުސްބަނޑާހުރެ) އަޖުވާކަދުރުގެ ހަތްކަދުރު ކައިފިމީހަކަށް އެދުވަހަކު ވިހަޔެއް އަދި ކިޔެއް، ސިޙުރެއްގެ ސަބަބުންވެސް ގެއްލުމެއް ނުވާނެ ކަމަށެވެ. (ސަޙީޙުލް ބުޚާރީ 5445)

These are ‘ajwah dates, it is mentioned in an authentic hadith: whoever eats seven ‘ajwah dates in the morning on an empty stomach, neither poison or witchcraft will harm him that day. (Al- Bukhari 5445)
